What do Two Southern Chicks, Remote Alaska Backpacking, & Fitness Have in Common?
One of the reasons why I exercise is so that I can live life to the fullest and enjoy opportunities like this. Had I been overweight and out of shape, this trip and opportunity would not be possible. I didn’t have time to train, plan or prepare, it was a yes, let’s go decision. My consistent fitness routine allowed me to take advantage of this opportunity and enjoy some unique and memorable girl time and scenery. No hesitation. That’s being able to live life to me. Keeping my health as a priority so I can have fun like this is a huge motivator for me. Being able to make a decision based on what I want to do, not what I can and can’t do.…
