 3 Must do Tips for Rocking a Short Workout

 
Exercise can be done the long way or the shorter way. You can spend hours at the gym like I once did, or you can spend around 30 minutes like I do now. If you’re with me on the short and sweet, the following are three must do workout tips! 
 
1.       Intensity: Your workout must be intense. Giving it everything you have, push yourself hard, work it to the max, shake what your momma gave you, zone in, focus… ok you get the point! Giving your workouts max effort will allow you to replace longer steady cardio.
 
 
2.       Interval: Intervals are strong burst of action followed by a short active recovery time. Exercising in intervals changes your exertion rate frequently so your body must continually adjust. This enables you to burn more calories in less time. Exercising this way also keeps your metabolism cranked higher and for longer after your workout which means you’ll keep burning calories even after your workout is over. Not to mention you have to pay attention so it’s tough to get board!
 
3.       Combo moves: Combining exercise moves is super effective in helping shorten and maximize our workout time. Combining moves allows us to work more than one muscle at a time (my favorite 2 for 1 deal!)  Our bodies are challenged more too.
 
Apply these three time saver tips to your workouts and shorten your total workout time. You can get a great and effective workout completed in 30 minutes. Don’t forget to stretch after!
