For most of us, it’s life in the fast lane. We’re not complaining that time’s not move fast enough, but rather that it is moving too fast!  I know sometimes I feel that I’m headed in many directions at once!  Unfortunately, when things get super busy, we can be tempted to stray from our workouts which is just when we need them the most. 
 
When it comes to achieving the body you want, maintaining consistency is key.
