Calorie Zapping Interval Cardio Workout

Here is an at home cardio workout I am loving!  The time flies by and before I know it, I’m done and ready to get on with the rest of the day.  The only equipment you need is a towel ’cause you’ll be sweating, a mat and timer if preferred, water, and you!

 

40 sec. on, 20 sec. off – march in place

-Warm up – about 3 min.

Interval 1:  Jumping jacks x3

Interval 2:  Mountain climbers x3

Interval 3:  Jump rope x3

Interval 4:  Run in place with high knees x3

Repeat once!

Cool Down & Stretch!

Using an interval timer will allow you to focus on your workout and not the clock. Here is a link to the one I use for almost all of my workouts.
