No Equipment – Do Anywhere Full Body Workout

If you are traveling, or perhaps stuck somewhere, here is a 30 min. full body workout that you can do anywhere.  No gadgets or equipment needed, just you and perhaps a towel!

1. Warm up: March in place, step side to side; get moving! 3min.

2. Interval 1: 1 min. each.  Repeat 3 times

  • Jumping jacks
  • Jump rope
  • March in place

3. Interval 2: 1 min. each.  Repeat 3 times

  • Squat center, side squat right, squat center, side squat left, squat center
  • Mountain climbers
  • March in place

4.  Chair tricep dips & push ups – 10 each.  Repeat 3 times

5.  Cool down – 3 min.

6.  Active stretch / yoga – 4 min.
